Welcome to the new Bacs website
The web address you have selected no longer exists as Bacs has restructured its website to fit with its new brand identity. Consequently there are no longer Direct Debit, Bacs Direct Credit or Bacstel-IP sites, instead everything is housed under the Bacs brand. The new site structure gives each of the key Bacs audiences its own specific content area. These are Affiliates, software suppliers, bureaux, businesses, consumers and banks. In addition there is a corporate area and press area. (See the tabs and links at the top of this page).
The content from the old site has been revised to reflect the new brand values and migrated to the new site structure. For example, there is no longer a Bacstel-IP site as this is now business as usual and the relevant content from this site is now in the main channels (business, bank, software suppliers, bureaux).
There are still secure (password protected) areas on the site. Visitors may use their existing passwords to access these.
To be able to see all the secure content available to you, you must first log in using the log in button (see top right of screen), the secure content will then appear in the right hand navigation structure along with all public areas.
